Unique has the demo version, so customers don´t need to buy if they don´t like. We recommend that you always try the demo before making a purchase, cause we not refund the money.
2. I´d like to buy a custom skin/shape. How can i do?
Unique doesn´t do custom skins or shapes.
3. My eyes, arms, legs are black, colored, with an error, or the demo version does not want to leave what i have to do?
If you have any problems with the texture of the skin, before contacting us, clear your cache, CTRL + ALT + R (to rebake textures), edit your appearance and relog.
Everything can return to normal, sometimes SL bugs happens.
4. I have big hands and feet, why?

If after 24 hours your product is not in your inventory, send a notecard with the full details of purchase eg location, date, time, product and destination. This information is available at Second Life, just log in and check transactions and account history.
8. I'm sending im to the Unique creators/designers and I get no answers, why?
